Students,
due to the compressed way
of teaching (in periods) it is not possible to detail, in class, all the
methods that are used to sequence genomes. As such, i've prepared a set
of videos that those of you that are not familiar with DNA sequencing
methods can watch and if you have any questions dropping out of this,
then we can discuss them in class. The observation of these videos is an
important support for the theoretical classes so i advise you to watch
them even if you are familiar with the technologies.
