New article on next generation sequencing

Students,
Some of you requested the release of one of the papers cited in the bibliography regarding next generation sequencing technologies. THis new article is now available in the NPM lectures folder.
Tomorrow i won't be able to be present at IST, at least during the morning, but I will, exceptionally, answer questions via email. Please make sure to make questions that can be answered by email...

Doubts class

In preparation for the exam next Friday, we have scheduled a class to clarify doubts on Wednesday, at 3 pm. The class will take place in the library located in the 6th floor of the South Tower. Please try to use that schedule to clarify your doubts.

Grades for the first exam are now available as well as the grades of one of your computational biology reports (BC3). The date for revison of the exams will be announced within the next days. Students marked with * should contact the teachers responsible for the corresponding lab.
