4th deliverable (Strategy formulation)

Dear students,

There will be no delivery of the 4th mini-report. This decision was taken to allow you to focus on the final report, whose deadline for delivery ends on May 31st.
According to the published schedule, you still have to make your last presentations.
Concerning the 4th deliverable, you just need to submit (Fenix) the slides of your presentation Fenix.

Final report

Dear students,

Until May 31, the group must submit through Fenix the final report (the project will open after the deadline concerning the 4th deliverable). 

The final report (doc format) should contain, excluding appendixes, up to 8,000 words (minimum 5,000 words) and should follow the structure below:

- Title

- Authors

- Abstract (150 words)

- Keywords (3 to 6)

- Introduction

- History

- Strategic purpose

- External analysis

- Internal analysis 

- Strategy formulation

- Evaluation of the strategy

- Final remarks

- References

Dear students,

During the next four weeks, your instructor for practical classes will be Hugo Castro Silva.
Next week will be dedicated to the TOWS matrix and the corresponding identification of strategic options in the medium-long term. 
Hugo will be available to clarify your doubts. However since there are no scheduled presentations, Hugo will only wait for you in the first half an hour of class.
