Students, in this section you will find all the materials that I will be using in my classes. Remember that in the workplan of the course you always have indication on which teacher is lecturing each module.
Lab 4
Students, for lab 4 (which comprises two in silico sessions, 4A and 4B, and one wet-lab class, 4C) you already have available the protocol. For the in silico classes you are going to have installed in your computers MatLab (with COBRA) and you will need the files available here: https://tinyurl.com/microbial-cell-factories (folder practical 2/lab4).
