Practical class 1
For this practical class taking place in week 2 you just need to go through the lab guide (HERE REVISED) that has the problem that we will study as well as the methodology to be used.
To facilitate your preparation for the class i also leave you here the two papers (HERE and HERE) that describe functionality of the ATLAS and MINES tools, which we will use in class. Remember not to only copy and paste, but rather to understand!
Practical class 4
This practical class will encompass three classes, happening consecutively. The first class is computational (part 1A) and the second part is "wet-lab" where we will test predictions made in the in silico class. The lab guide (available HERE) describes all computational and wet-lab parts. All groups should complete part 1A after one week but all groups will need to send me by email, by THU16 the three strains that you will want to test, based on your in silico predictions.
