Tomorrow I will meet individually with all the teams (30 minutes for each team) following the schedule below. This will help you focusing and improving very specific issues in your projects. My advice is that you prepare a couple of questions beforehand and try to send it to me tonight by email, so that I can be prepared about your key concerns and we can use our time slots better and be more productive.

You should join the session only at the time scheduled for your team. Please use the rest of the time in the morning/afternoon (before / after our meeting) to work on your projects.
