Instructions for the exam of Jan 24

The exam will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 24, starting at 10:30, with a duration of 01:00. This exam is foreseen for the students that did not pass the continuous assessment or want to improve their mark. 

The exam is divided into two parts. The first part has a duration of 00:10 and consists of a set of multiple-choice questions. The second part has a duration of 00:50 and consists of a set of problems.

No IST exam form is required. The exam is to be completed strictly in the exam itself, in the spaces provided for that purpose, and no additional sheets are allowed. 

The use of a calculator is forbidden in the first part and allowed in the second part. In the second part of the exam, it is allowed to use a memory aid composed of an A4 paper sheet (single-sided, handwritten, no computer text or photocopies), containing all relevant information. Absolutely no formulas or constant values will be provided on the exam.

The enrollment in Fénix is now open and is absolutely mandatory. Otherwise, it is not possible to attend the exam.

The language of the exam will be English. 

The distribution of the students per classroom will be announced in Fénix on Jan. 22.
