In order to free slots for working sessions that are being requested, please make the reservation for the final presentation as soon as possible.

After the end of this week, I will start freeing not used slots in order to make room for working sessions.

This is just a short message to let you know that I have uploaded on the course page on Fenix a short presentation that gives you some guidance regarding the preparation of your final pitch.

What you can see now in Section Part V -> Final Pitch -> 15 | EITT 2021-2022 S2 Final Pitch Template and Presentation Guidance is not a receipt, it is just some suggestions for you to consider.

Here is the running list of the slots that are available for the final presentation.

Your request for booking should follow the basic guidelines that have just been announced.

I hope you are having a good break after a busy class period and ahead of the exam season.

Here, at EITT, we are in the final leg of the startup project into the Final Pitch and I would like to give you some basic head-ups about how this is going to unfold throughout July.

The final pitch will be presented in a 45-minute session, up to 15 minutes for the startup presentation, and then a minimum of 30 minutes for some questions and discussion and final comments. It will be, as it has always been, an easy session to wrap up the work done throughout the 14-week-long semester.

I shortly will send a reminder email with the basic guidelines for your submission of the final presentation in PDF format.

Right now, I would like to establish the basic process for your scheduling of the Final Pitch session, which will go as follows:

1. After this announcement, I will post a new announcement with all the slots that I have reserved for you, there will be over 70 slots which I hope will accommodate all the preferred slots for the 36 groups. These slots will run from July 5 to July 27.

3. The email MUST contain the following information:    3.1 SUBJECT: EITT 2122 <NUMBER> <NAME> FINAL PITCH    3.2 BODY: EITT 2122 <NUMBER> <NAME> FINAL PITCH | TOP-3 SLOTS | Numbers and Names of the Group Members.

The slots schedule will follow in the subsequent announcement after this one.

Throughout this period, I will remain available to work with you if you would like to work with me, the process for booking my time is exactly the same as you have used before.
