Good morning!
You are reminded that the first part of your project is about the identification of a problem (that represents an opportunity) that is worth solving to make money...
Topics that are worth considering when defining THE PROBLEM include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. What is the problem?
2. Why is that a problem?
3. Does the problem represent an opportunity (from a business point of view)? (a problem that is mine alone does not represent a business opportunity, a problem that is common to millions of people represents a business opportunity)
4. What might be the opportunity?
5. What is the "pain" that the problem causes?
6. How is the problem "solved" today"?
7. How can I solve (better) the problem? (describing the solution of the problem comes later in the project)
8. Why is it important to solve the problem today? Why can not it wait for tomorrow?9. Why will the problem exist tomorrow? Will it be a bigger or smaller problem?
We have talked about the above topics, and we have also had great entrepreneurs (Ana, João, Miguel) telling us about the problems they have solved, or want to solve, to make the world a better world.
Besides all of the above, of course you could also have searched the web to find more about (i) the problem of Defining Problems (https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/237668) and (ii) the problem of Solving Problems (https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/225923).
