Please find the final schedule for the final presentations here (15 to 20 minutes followed by Q&A). Check your final time allocation, since some adjustments have been made. The presentations will take place in AM.

The final presentation of the EI projects must be submitted by 12th January 2025 by email to: ferrao@tecnico.ulisboa.pt; patricia.baptista@tecnico.ulisboa.pt

The project report must be submitted until 17th January 2025 by email to: ferrao@tecnico.ulisboa.pt; patricia.baptista@tecnico.ulisboa.pt

Please make your project visible in the SimaPro Flow Platform, naming it with your product.

Please select the time slots for your group presentations by the 8th of January using this link.

Select a single time slot for your group’s presentation. The presentation should last 20 minutes, followed by a 10-minute Q&A session.

Group project: support on the implementation of the model in SimaPro

Dear students, after finishing the SimaPro exercise proposed and confirming the results, then you can start your project. In the “Project support” section of the IE webpage on Fenix you can find an updated version of the Guidance file for the SimaPro exercise, that includes the following recommendations to your group project:

- after creating your project, hide it in the “Privacy and ownership menu”;

- select ecoinvent 3.9.1, cut-off as library (top menu after selecting the project);

- select “Recipe 2016 Midpoint (H)” as the Method (Environmental Impact Assessment Method) in the Calculations and save it as the default calculation setup.

I am available to support the implementation of the model of your group in SimaPro by email (jose.silvestre@tecnico.ulisboa.pt) and during my office hours: 9, 11, 12, 13, 17 and 18 of December, and 10 January, from 10.30 am to 12 noon, 16 of December from 4.30 to 6 pm, and 6 of January from 9 to 10.30 am, in my office (room 3.40 in the 3^rd floor of the DECivil building).
