Os alunos de doutoramento que frequentarem esta UC de 6 ECTS devem dar apoio a nível laboratorial ou em aulas teórico-práticas ou de problemas em uma ou mais UCs de licenciatura ou mestrado, de modo a justificar as 168 h de trabalho total. 

Devem ser consideradas as horas utilizadas nas várias componentes de apoio possíveis, tais como, lecionação, preparação de aulas ou novos trabalhos, correção de relatórios e/ou MAP (Monitorização de Aprendizagem). É recomendado que desse total, 42 h sejam utilizadas em contacto direto com os alunos, por exemplo, num esquema de lecionação de 6 h/semana num período, ou 3 h/semana durante um semestre, em uma ou mais UCs. 

PhD students attending this 6 ECTS course must provide support in laboratory work or in theoretical-practical classes or problem-solving sessions in one or more undergraduate or master's courses, in order to justify the total of 168 hours of work.

The hours spent on various types of support should be considered, such as teaching, preparing lessons or new assignments, correcting reports and/or MAP (Learning Monitoring). It is recommended that 42 hours of this total be spent in direct contact with students, for example, in a teaching schedule of 6 hours/week over a period, or 3 hours/week during a semester, in one or more courses.

Relatório / Report

No final das atividades, o aluno de doutoramento deve elaborar um pequeno relatório (não devendo exceder 10 páginas) referente à atividade desenvolvida na UC de “Apoio ao Ensino e Divulgação Científica” onde explicite como utilizou as 168 h correspondentes aos 6 ECTS e avalie de forma crítica e construtiva o seu aporte à UC em causa . 

O relatório deverá ser analisado pelo responsável da UC (ou UCs) que o aluno apoiou, devendo este emitir um parecer escrito sobre a atividade desenvolvida e enviado ao responsável da EDC.

At the end of the activities, the PhD student must prepare a short report (no longer than 10 pages) regarding the activities carried out in the course "Teaching Support and Scientific Dissemination," detailing how they used the 168 hours corresponding to the 6 ECTS, and critically and constructively assessing their contribution to the course in question.

The report must be reviewed by the course coordinator (or the coordinators of the courses) that the student supported, who should issue a written evaluation of the activities carried out and send it to the responsible person for the EDC.

Avaliação /Assessment

O aluno é avaliado pelo coordenador do programa doutoral (e pelo responsável da EDC, caso exista) com base no relatório entregue e no parecer do responsável da UC (ou UCs) que o aluno apoiou.

Na situação em que o aluno dá apoio numa UC cuja responsabilidade é do seu orientador de doutoramento, o parecer de avaliação deverá ser emitido por outro membro da equipa docente da UC (ou UCs) onde o aluno deu apoio.

The student will be evaluated by the coordinator of the doctoral program (and by the responsible person for the EDC, if applicable) based on the submitted report and the feedback from the course coordinator(s) the student supported.

In cases where the student provides support in a course under the responsibility of their doctoral supervisor, the evaluation feedback should be provided by another member of the teaching team for the course(s) the student supported.
