Dear students,
Following up on the announcement for the 2025/2026 Brisa Merit Award, and as the June 12, 2026 report submission deadline approaches, I am writing to share the specific instructions for submitting your work.
Submission Guidelines
Please follow these steps to ensure your report is properly received and processed:
Primary Address: Submit your written report via email directly to me at sergio.pequito@tecnico.ulisboa.pt.
CC Requirement: You must copy (CC) jlml@inesc-id.pt on your submission email.
Acknowledgment & Backup Process
Upon receiving your report, I will reply to your email to formally acknowledge receipt. To ensure no submissions are lost, please adhere to the following backup protocol:
Missing Confirmation: If you submit your report but do not receive an acknowledgment reply from me by 18:00 (end of business day), please assume there may have been a delivery issue.
Next Steps: In that event, please send a follow-up email with your report attached, and feel free to send it to my alternative address: sergio.pequito@gmail.com with jlml@inesc-id.pt cc'ed.
