SESSION 8 Resources, Activities & Costs

TEAM 1  - Public Transportation

(blank)

TEAM 2 - Ethical Index

Good organization of the slides and the strategy implemented.
Show the interviews that they did, with good and important companies.
Clear and simple hypothesis easy to understand.
Secondary resource check for the formulation of the hypothesis.
Achieve the goals of the week.
Didn't show new experiments.
Although the letter in the slides is small, the oral explanation is very good.
BMC was very detailed !
Told us the strategy for the next week.

TEAM 3 - Coffee Loop

TEAM 4 - Recycling

Overall good presentation. The beginning was very good, insightful interviews. Slide layouts could be improved

Clear hypothesis based on 2ary data
Achieve the goals about the topic.
The slides have the information needed but are a little bit messy.
Didn't proposed new experiments.

TEAM 6 - Tuuggo

Great job Overall!

Excellent organization of the slides and between the team, but every slide has too much information.
Good interviews and talk about the secondary data to formulate the hypothesis.
I didn't understand all the Hypothesis , since were explained too fast.
They achieve the main conclusions for the topics of this week.
Talked about new interviews that they wanted to do but not new experiments.

TEAM 7 - Low-Cost Digital

TEAM 8 - Drive Together

Great project, if well implemented it Will succeed. Joining different people from different companies that share Office space/are nearby would be interesting on many aspects

I understand thay you guys have to push alot of work into a short period of time, but it is too much i think. You would have been better of trying to do only X parts of the Business model canvas and try to keep quality high and not quanity.

1Partners, 2costumer relationships and 3 channels

1
Talk just a little bit about the secondary data to formulate the hypothesis(after yjosr are formulated), but they have a good primary data(insights) from the interviews
Show good companies to partner with, clear way how that partnership would works
Well explained needs that this service needs to have and the risks associated to it

2
Don't talk about the secondary data to formulate the hypothesis, but they have a good primary data(insights) from the interviews.
All the topics were explained clearly

3
Again, don't talk about the secondary data to formulate the hypothesis, but they have a good primary data(insights) from the interviews.
Talked about the main channels to be in contact with the costumers having a good diversity, everyone with a defined function.

Business model canvas well done and could validate the hypothesis through this .

I quite like that but I'm not sure I like it that much :(

Good, good. Very good Team 8! You rocked it!

TEAM 9 - RooFarm

Secondary resource check for the formulation of the hypothesis .
Clear and interesting hypothesis to be tested.
Obtained very descriptive insights from the interviews and the questions that were made.
Show clearly what were the hypothesis that were and weren't validated, with a good justification.
BMC with all the  main topics.
Didn't show new tests or experiments, but have thing to be determined...so hope it is solved to a better perception of the value of this product.
