Rules for on-line evaluation on ‘Remote Sensing’ exams

1.      Students must verify in advance of the exam if their contacts in ‘fenix’ are up to date.

2.      Each student must be connected through Zoom with a clear identification and adequate camera and microphone resources during the whole duration of the exam.

3.      The zoom session may be recorded, being deleted in the end of the evaluation period.

4.      The students will make a commitment of honour before the beginning of the exam.

5.      The exam questions will be distributed afterwards by email.

6.      The answers to all questions will be handwritten in white sheets of paper.

7.      The students must photograph each handwritten page with adequate detail and send them by email to the professor(s) surveying the exam during its duration period.

8.      Whenever in doubt, teacher(s) can exceptionally request an oral assessment to a student by videoconference after the written exam.

9.      Every irregularity detected will be reported to the Pedagogical Council of IST which will act according to the Disciplinary Code of ULisboa Students.
