Project - Atom assignment

The atom assignment for each molecule of the projects is now available in the 'Powerpoints' section.
If you had any problems running this week's simulations, compare your atom assignment to the ones we now report and try again.
In case you try to perform further simulations at home, please consider these advices:
- The processors that you will use during the simulation will be working at full capacity and will need proper cooling. Place your computer in a well ventilated area.
- If you suspend your computer, the virtual machine will stop and the simulation will pause at the current state when the computer was suspended. When you login, the virtual machine will restart and so will the simulation.
- Try to change some of the values in the CONTROL file (like temperature, pressure, etc...) and see what happens to your simulations

In the "Powerpoints" tab you can find a link to a 10 min video explaining some of the Linux commands we are going to use during the practical classes. Feel free to try them in your Virtual Machines.
