Final delivery

12 dezembro 2012, 00:20 Ana Tomé

The final delivery will be constituted by:

 1. - a mini-paper: written description and justification of the environmental design project and

2. - one (minimum) to nine (maximum) poster(s) A3: graphical parts (sketches, schemes, plans, sections, elevations, models, simulations, etc.)

The mini-paper will consider the description of the project and the justification of the project options including the technical aspects. The recourse of the more important research previously done, and directly related with the final project options, should be recovered into this last mini-paper.

The mini-paper may have images but these images should be different from the graphical information of the poster(s) A3. The mini-paper structure must obey to the specifications already defined to the previously mini-papers, for instance, the extent (1500 words maximum).

The two components are to be read simultaneously.

The mini-paper must be written in English and possible text (legends, titles, keywords, short phrases) include into the poster(s) should be in English too.

The templates for the delivery are available at the web page of ED I.

 The delivery should consider:

- a print copy (paper): the printed sheets must be delivered with a clip in a corner (!)

- an electronic copy (pdf) sent by e-mail (anatome@ist.utl.pt)

- and the editable files (doc) sent by e-mail (anatome@ist.utl.pt) too by wetransfer.

The aim is to produce an e-book with all the results of Environmental Design I, 2012-2013. The document should be available to all students and should be an integral part of the memory of the course.

The templates should be carefully respected. The works that don’t consider these instructions shall not be considered delivered and shall not be evaluated.

Remember that deadline deliveries are:

Monday shift: December 18 (mini-paper + poster(s) A3)

Wednesday shift: December 20 (mini-paper + poster(s) A3)

Good work!
