Please enter the numbers of both students in the doodle identification field and include a letter to identify the campus (e.g. T90555-T90444 or A90333-A90777).
Initially only the slots on the "paper 1" column will be opened. If the first doodle fills up, a doodle will be opened for the slots on the "paper 2" column. "paper 2" slots correspond to a second presentation on the same day.
Make sure you are registering at the correct campus: MEIC-A students at Alameda, MEIC-T and METI students at Taguspark irrespective of the lecture schedule you selected. Mixed groups with one student from MEIC-A and another student from MEIC-T or METI should be a rare exception. But if they exist, mixed groups should register to present the paper in the Taguspark doodle.
