Correction of LAB1

A small correction on CMM Lab1 has been introduced.
Some corrections on the test output values for the plotting Force vs Crack Tip Open Displacement were introduced in order to clearly define 2 types of curve behaviour.
All Groups from L1 to L3 should follow the previous document version to perform the correspondent Lab Reports.
All remaining groups L4 to L8 must follow the new version available in Fenix.
