I just set up a Doodle with 9 possible time-slots for the workshop. I would ask to all interested in presenting their work at the workshop to inform me of the slots you would be able to attend, until Monday, February 3rd at noon, so I can setup a room for the workshop. 

The workshop will be open to all students of the course, but for us to find a date for the workshop, I would ask only the availability of the presenters (otherwise, I am afraid it would be impossible to fit everyone's limitations). So by filling in the Doodle you are also stating that you are interested in presenting at the workshop in the slots mentioned. 

The date of the workshop will be revealed on Monday afternoon, after the Doodle is closed.
