New Second Extra Lab

Dear all!
Since we have almost 200 students enrolled in our course, we decided to open another lab at Thursdays at 2 o'clock, just after the theoretical classes.
To all the groups that are already enrolled in some lab, and who are not happy, please consider exchanging to this new lab, in order to accommodate any students who are not able to attend classes beside on Mondays.
To students that are not yet enrolled and are not able to attend this new class, please send me an email, explaining the situation, and your timetable, with the name of the courses that you are attending.
Please register your group as soon as possible.

In order to students be able to join in groups, registration is delayed one day.

Tomorow at 8 o'clock in the evening, you shall register your group (3 students) for the labs. (All previous registrations won't be consider anymore, despite they are kept in the system - don't worry about them.)

There is a new lab in Alameda on Wednesdays at 3 o'clock, at lab 7.

Any student who doesn't have group, please send an e-mail to claudia.antunes@tecnico.ulisboa.pt with subject [CDgroup], asking for help on finding a group. Don't forget to mention your student number and preferred lab.

Any group of students who is not able to attend any of the labs available, please send an e-mail to claudia.antunes@tecnico.ulisboa.pt with subject [CDnolab], stating your incompatibilities. Classes collisions will have priority. Don't forget to mention your group number, your preferred lab and the claim justification.

New lab and Labs registration

Good afternoon


We are working on the creation of an additional lab at Alameda, that should be published as soon as we know the final schedule and room. Meanwhile, and since the labs should be attended in groups of 3 students (the groups for the project), we are going to open a registration period, starting on September 18th at 20:00, after the first class.

Projects will be developed by groups of 3 students, no exception, since developing teamwork skills is one of our goals.

It is preferable that all the members in each group attend the lab sincronally,  but if this is impossible, anyone can attend the class in any other lab, if and only if there is room available.

Despite the difficulties, don't give up. 

We were not expecting so many of you, but we are working on extending the number of labs. We hope to have a solution before the end of the day.
