Second Assessment
In this assessment, each team needs to submit the work done from week 3 to week 5, including:
prototypes (at different levels of detail, identifying critical and secondary tasks) - low and mid fidelity prototypes
user evaluations - user evaluation (e.g. Wizard of Oz) with the low and mid fidelity prototype, highlighting insights on how the prototype have or will need to change.
the evaluation plan for their final prototypes
other components that the team find relevant to the presentation of their work.
CCU is designed to mimic a real work experience with clients. As such, your deliverables (and their visual quality) should reflect this. Please visit https://dribbble.com/tags/app_presentation for examples.
Submission
Deliverables for this assessment should be submitted by Thursday, 22nd December, 23:59, by emailing or discord messaging the instructor responsible for submissions (Paulo Bala). The submission should include an identification of the team, and:
A recorded video (maximum 6 minutes) with a self-explanatory slide presentation (detailing the elements of the work done so far).
The video should be submitted as a downloadable public link (e.g., google drive link, direct download link, etc.).
Please compress your video to a reasonable size (e.g., using Handbrake https://handbrake.fr/). There is no reason why a 6 min video would be 1GB.
The video can also be present in the team website but we will be evaluating the one sent prior to the submission deadline.
Please name the file according to your team id (e.g., "team1_video.mp4")
Consult the following links for advice or tips for recording presentation videos. Subtitles for accessibility are not necessary as long as your audio is clear.
The slide presentation deck (pdf or powerpoint)
The slide presentation deck should be submitted as a downloadable public link or on the team website.
Please name the file according to your team id (e.g., "team3_slides.pdf")
