Office Hours and Communication

Changes to office hours will be communicated through Discord.


Presencial Office hours: 

  • For these instructors, the team needs to email this instructor the day before to schedule a time slot in the office hour.

  • In case they are not available presentially, the office hour will be online or rescheduled. 


Online Office hours: 

  • For these instructors, office hours will be through the Discord. 

  • On the scheduled time, the instructor will announce on the channel (#office-hours) the beginning of office hours;

  • Teams will line up to request a slot;

  • As the instructor goes through the requests, both the instructor and the team will join the voice channel 

  • If you need to show any content, please make sure that it is ready and able to be shared through screen sharing.
