Final Presentation
For their final presentations, teams will have 18 minute time slots, which include:
14 minutes for the actual presentation;
3 minute for Q & A or feedback from instructors;
1 minute for transition between teams.
We will be having presentations on Thursday (12th) and Friday (13th) during the labs, because:
There is a large number of teams -- Given adequate time for presentations, it would not be possible to fit all teams into theory classes.
To give equal time to all teams to work on their projects -- In week 7, teams can use labs on Tuesday and instructors' office hours if needed.
Instructor availability -- To allow for multiple instructors to be there presentially, we needed to compact presentations into two days instead of spreading them out during the week.
Presentations will be hybrid (both in-situ and in Zoom), and recorded. Ideally, teams should be presentially in class to present; before they present, those teams join the zoom and share the screen, so that we are able to include it in the recording. We decided to adopt a hybrid format because:
The client cannot be there for the full two days -- recording presentations allows them to watch at their own pace.
Some instructors will not be able to be there the full two days -- recording presentations allows all instructors to watch/evaluate.
In case a team member is not able to be there presentially, they can still participate online.
To create a schedule compatible with all teams, we first need to know team availability. Visit and update the following spreadsheet until 4th January. If you do not update the information for your team, we will assume that you are available for any of the shifts.

Once we have all teams' availability, we will create a time schedule similar to this one, which will be posted on Discord.

Submission
Assessment will be based primarily on the presentation; supplementary material may be consulted by the instructors if there are doubts about the quality of your process. Therefore, teams should update their websites with all components that could be relevant for the evaluation. This should include a pdf of the slide deck of the final presentation.Evaluation Criteria
The final presentation is 40% of the final grade.
Overall:
Teams should read feedback from the first and second assessment, and make necessary adjustments to their presentations.
Teams should not only be aware of the different components, but consider the overall story they are telling with their presentation.
Furthermore, teams should highlight engagements with users across the different phases of the project as it is the goal of the CCU.
