You can find the instructions in the Project Instructions section in fenix (Rubric Individual Video PDF). Submissions will be made via fenix under Individual Video Project in a zip in mp4 format named istid_VideoProject

You can find different tools to compress your video like Handbrake and VLC (I suggest choosing codec H.264 or H265). In case the compression is still to big to submit to fenix, you can send a .txt to a transfer platform (e.g., wetransfer), or with a link to your video with the date of upload visible and until October 22nd 23:59
