1st Lab evaluation

The first Lab assignment and evaluation corresponds to Lab#2 - Sequence Alignment, which will be the scope of the practical classes on weeks 23-27 Sep. and 30 Sep-4 Oct.
Your group (of 4 elements) should prepare one zip file consisting of the following:
- a concise report addressing all the problems
- your program (any language of your choice)
- a readme.txt file explaining how to run it - show an example
No reports will be accepted after this date.
The discussions will take place during week 7-11 Oct. (hours to be announced). All your group will be present but the questions are individual.
If you finish and submit before the due time, we can anticipate the discussion.
