Stencil Demo and Slides updates

The Stencil demo (AVT_StencilDemo.zip) was added to Exercise 4.Just download the zip file, decompress it and open the Solution in the VS 2019. Run it in the x64 platform.
The pdf slides were updated with the inclusion of a set named Texturing.
