As informed in the email sent yesterday, the paper presentations are starting this week in lab classes. You should attend all the paper presentations scheduled for your lab shift

The presentation scheduled is updated following your list of choices (conflicts resolved by order of arrival of initial message).

Recall the instructions (and schedule) in Labs Section.

We will proceed as follows:**before** the start of the scheduled class, groups should send their presentations (.ppt if using animations, or .pdf if rendered originally to pdf) to meic-cnv@ e-mail address with subject: "CNV-20-21 - Presentation - Group NNN".

Language: when there are non-Portuguese students in the class (and even if there are not) you should aim to present in English (as one does in international conferences).

Camera: During your part of the paper presentation, have the video camera on.

Attendance: If your shift has no presentations scheduled for a given session/week, you have to attend the same session in a different schedule (including Alameda and Taguspark campus), any schedule. If this is impossible, send us an email with the collisions you have with *all* CNV lab shifts.

(If there are any remaining groups, they should send their choices to complete the schedule.)
