The FSI Written Exam has a duration of 1h30 and is worth 20 points.

It is composed of two parts:

Part 1 — Applied ERP Case Analysis (12.5 points)
Based on a realistic ERP (Odoo) case study, for example, focusing on the integration of Sales, Inventory, or Purchasing, end-to-end processes, KPIs, and the role of AI-supported features (e.g. Live Chat) in decision support.

Part 2 — Conceptual and Theoretical Aspects (7.5 points)
Covers key theoretical topics, including Information Systems as socio-technical systems, ERP and process standardisation, Business Intelligence, AI and managerial responsibility, and ethics in Information Systems (Five Moral Dimensions model).

The exam is closed-book and emphasises understanding and reasoning, not memorisation.
