Final Workshops: program available

The program for the final workshops on Feb 5 (remote via this meet room) and February 10 (Informatics II) is now available.

Each presentation will include a 5–7 minute talk, followed by 5–10 minutes of remarks and Q&A with the audience. Everyone is welcome to join both workshops, you only need to attend one.

Gentle reminder: upload your slides via Fenix by Monday, February 2.

Upcoming Dates and Final Workshop Details

A gentle reminder on the upcoming deadlines and workshop arrangements:

• January 26: submission of your report in Fenix (template details in our previous post)
• (new) February 2: in preparation for the final workshop, please upload the slides in Fenix (PDF or PPT format) for your intervention

Each group intervention in the final workshop features a 5-7 minutes talk followed by 5-10 minutes of remarks and Q&A from the audience.

In addition to the in-person final workshop scheduled for February 10 (morning) at Técnico (Tribolet room, Informatics II), an additional fully-remote workshop is now offered on February 5 (morning) for students who are unable to attend the original date in person.

If a group member can only attend this remote session, please update the provisional slot selection in this shared sheet until January 20, sending us a brief justification via coordmecd@tecnico.ulisboa.pt.

Associations and key dates

Once you have secured a challenge from the list of published proposals (by receiving a confirmation from the responsible contact person), please register your association using this form.

Important dates:

• Report submission: January 26 via Fenix (report template, 6-pages limit with up to 2-pages appendix)

• Final workshop: February 10 (additional details will be provided)
