Workshop for project presentations

The final report, the code/data, and the presentation of the AECD project has to be uploaded to Fenix by 22 Jan 2024, 23:59.

Instead of creating an entire programme from scratch (which may not fit your constraints), we decided to adopt a self-organized programme. To this end, we created an editable spreadsheet (tab AGENDA) where you can add your name(s) and project title in your preferred slot.

Afterwards, we will assemble a final programme following as closely as possible your preferences. Naturally, your project advisors are most welcome to stop by, although this is not mandatory. Students must be physically present to present their work, but the tutors can also join remotely, using following the ZOOM link:

Erasmus students or projects with confidentiality issues will do the presentation by February the 2nd 2024, remotely through Zoom and using the following link.

In the shared document, yellow cells correspond to slots open to every student of the course. Pink slots are reserved for discussions where only group members, professors of the course, and advisors are present. If your work does not involve privacy issues or delicate information from your host institution, please go for the yellow slots offered on 26 Jan. Otherwise, please select one of the pink slots. 

The title of your talk may differ from the title of your report. Please feel free to adapt it to make it more appealing. Regarding your presentation, please note that the goal is to be entertaining. Each talk should take 10 minutes, leaving 10 minutes for questions from the audience.
