Project discussion

26 maio 2020, 16:01 Rui Henriques

Congratulations for your project delivery and the undertaken efforts throughout the course on Agent Systems!
The project meetings will be light and short. In addition to your small demo, we may ask for simple clarifications on aspects that were less clear to us in the report, and we will offer a brief feedback.

Here are the updated slots.
The meetings will occur in breakout rooms, without recordings. The ID and pass of the zoom rooms were sent via e-mail. Please be at the zoom room 10 minutes before your slot and consider some backup time (up to 20 minutes delay). Once you enter the main room, wait until your faculty host return and assign you to the breakout room.

Updates

11 maio 2020, 18:31 Rui Henriques

As we wait for the approval of the pedagogic council on the updates to the assessment methodology, we can tell you in advance that all your inputs are being carefully taken into consideration in accordance with the restrictions placed by the scientific council. As per now, the current provisory proposal is to map the 15% mini-test component into a 7.5% bonus and a 7.5% component given by the maximum between (1/3 * best component + 2/3 * project) and an optional oral assessment.

Labs and lectures this week will be dedicated towards project support.

Update: the changes to the assessment methodology were approved.
Update: lectures for project support may end earlier, please send me an e-mail for project support if the zoom session is already closed.

Thank you all for your attention!
