There are two theoretical lectures per week, and 4 slots for lab sessions, from which each student/group will choose two of the four slots. This UC implements project-based learning, with a set of projects (addressing real-world problems) being proposed in the first lecture, that will take place on September 28, at 17:30 (theoretical lecture). Students are invited to form groups and choose a project to work on along the course period. The first 4 lab sessions will apply and illustrate ML topics applied on data acquired using smartphones. The remaining lab slots will be devoted to the development of the group projects.
