Detalhes: {pt=O trabalho realizado estuda o conceito da produtividade de estaleiros e como a mesma deve ser medida. As métricas existentes, processos construtivos e organização de estaleiro foram estudadas de maneira a escolher as métricas mais adequadas para a medição da produtividade do estaleiro de maneira sistemática. Esta é atingida recolhendo as horas homem gastas em cada navio, organizadas por centro de custo, e utilizando a Arqueação Bruta Compensada como métrica do output do estaleiro. Foi recolhida informação , organizada por centro de custo, para trinta navios construídos no mesmo estaleiro Europeu. Através dos dados recolhidos foi possível chegar a um rácio entre horas homem gastas em aprestamento e horas gastas em estruturas, e relacionar o mesmo com a complexidade do navio. Foi também estudada a redução nas horas homem gastas resultante da construção dos navios em série, assim como o rácio de horas homem gastas nas principais estruturas de custo: Estruturas, Aprestamento, Actividades de Apoio e Projecto., en=The present work studies the concept of productivity in shipbuilding and how it should be measured. The existing metrics, shipbuilding process and shipyard organization were studied in order to choose the most adequate metrics which would allow the measuring of a shipyard productivity in a systematic and holistic way. This is achieved by gathering the man-hours spent in each ship organized by cost center and using Compensated Gross Tonnages as the measure of output from the shipyard. Data was gathered for thirty ships built in the same European yard organized by cost center. From the data collected it was found that the ratio of man-hours spent in outfitting to the man-hours spent in structures is proportional to the complexity of the ship. There was also opportunity to study the work reduction resulting from building ships in series and the shares of labor (divided by Structures, Outfitting, Support activities and Project) which were studied along the series and across ship types.}
