Dada a necessidade de permanecer no mercado ou assumir o poder econômico, as organizações governamentais, não governamentais, com fins lucrativos e sem fins lucrativos mostraram seus esforços para inovar efetivamente e implementar mudanças em suas operações; Isso tem sido considerado um fator chave para a consecução de seus objetivos. A realização de projetos tornou-se o meio pelo qual as organizações buscam o alcance do sucesso. Para entender a relevância da proposta do presente estudo, foi necessário realizar os planos curriculares das instituições de ensino em gestão de projetos em Angola, Portugal e África do Sul. A solução proposta em resposta ao problema identificado no presente estudo consiste na elaboração de um plano curricular baseado no ensino de competências focadas nas pessoal e perspectivas para gestores de projetos em Angola. Inicialmente, foi elaborado um programa geral, que incluiu todos os pontos a serem abordados no plano curricular. Na tendência de avaliar o modelo curricular de ensino em gestão de projetos proposto no presente trabalho, foram contactados para participar de aulas de demonstração do modelo curricular e o inquérito sobre o ensino de competência do gestor de projeto focado na realidade sociocultural angolana, Estudantes de ensino superior de nacionalidades angolanas, frequentando instituições educacionais em Lisboa-Portugal., en=The rapid evolution of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and their usability in almost all social activities of human life has influenced the high levels of competition between companies and governmental systems at the international level. Given the need to remain in the market or take over economic power, the governmental, nongovernmental, profit and nonprofit organizations have shown their efforts to effectively innovate and implement changes in their operations; This has being considered a key factor for the achievement of its objectives. The realization of projects has become the means by which the organizations look for the reach of the success. In order to understand the relevance of the proposal of the present study, it was necessary to carry out the curricular plans of teaching institutions in project management in Angola, Portugal and South Africa. The solution proposed in response to the problem identified in the present study consists in the elaboration of a curricular plan that is based on the teaching of competences focused on personnel and perspectives for project managers in Angola. Initially a general syllabus was elaborated, which included all the points to be approached in the curricular plan. In the tendency to evaluate the curricular model of teaching in project management proposed in the present work, were contacted to participate in demonstration classes of the curricular model and the inquiry about the competence-based teaching of the project manager focused on the Angolan sociocultural reality, students of higher education of Angolan nationalities, attending educational institutions in Lisbon-Portugal.}
