Nos últimos anos, alguns tecnologias desta tendência têm aparecido em nossa sociedade fornecendo novos modelos de negócios e melhorar a eficácia e eficiência dos processos. Uma dessas tecnologias é o Blockchain, um banco de dados distribuído de registros entre os participantes. Acredita-se que essa tecnologia possa revolucionar os negócios e redefinir a logística. Contudo, Blockchain é uma tecnologia emergente e ainda está em um estado inicial de desenvolvimento. O objetivo desta Dissertação de Mestrado é entender o que é Blockchain e medir o impacto desta tecnologia na logística, analisando as possíveis limitações e aplicações e considerando julgamento profissional. Além disso, este trabalho fornece uma estrutura para identificar Bloqueie oportunidades no setor de logística e ajude os gerentes a saber onde eles podem implementá-lo em seus processos. A metodologia deste trabalho envolveu três etapas: (1) análise da revisão da literatura para estabelecer a base tecnológica e as aplicações atuais em logística; (2) A implementação de uma análise SWOT de acordo com estudos recentes; (3) testar a análise SWOT usando uma linha entrevista destinada a negócios experientes em logística e cibersegurança. In recent years, some technologies of this trend have appeared in our society providing new business models and improving the effectiveness and efficiency for processes. One of these technologies is Blockchain, a distributed database of records among participants. It is believed that this technology could revolutionize business and redefine logistics. However, Blockchain is an emerging technology and it is still at an early state of development. The objetive of this Master Dissertation is to understand what Blockchain is and to measure the impact of this technology in logistics, analyzing the possible limitations and applications and considering professional judgement. Moreover, this work provide a framework to identify the Blockchain opportunities in the logistics industry and helping managers to know where they can implement it in their processes. The methodology of this work involved three stages: (1) analysis of the literature review to establish the technology basis and the current applications in logistics; (2) The implementation of a SWOT analysis according to recent studies; (3) testing the SWOT analysis using an online interview aimed at experienced business in logistics and cibersecurity.
