Detalhes: {pt=Atualmente, numa era caracterizada pela elevada competitividade entre as organizações, a criação de valor para estas, pressupõe uma adaptação às condições e exigências dos seus clientes para que o nível de serviço exigido pelos clientes consiga ser alcançado. Estes, representam os objetivos e propósitos, que levam uma organização, a solicitar os serviços de consultoria do Kaizen Institute Consulting Group, especialista na implementação de metodologias lean e da cultura de melhoria contínua, de modo a identificarem e eliminarem/reduzirem os seus desperdícios. Neste sentido, a organização cliente, Empresa X, líder no setor de fabricação de máquinas de café automáticas para uso doméstico, não consegue ter a flexibilidade desejada para responder ao seu cliente. Assim sendo, com o auxilio do Kaizen Institute, esta situação foi pormenorizadamente analisada, tendo sido identificadas as causas para o problema apresentado. Posteriormente elaborou- se o planeamento de implementação das propostas de melhoria levantadas com a definição de três vetores simultâneos de atuação: a implementação de um sistema de planeamento Pull, o dimensionamento de produto intermédio e a implementação de um sistema de sustentabilidade nas equipas. Após ter concluído a implementação destas melhorias propostas, o Nível de Serviço aumentou 7,2% face ao seu valor inicial, a Cobertura de Stock diminuiu de 3 para 1 dia, o Tempo de Setup Médio reduziu 58% e o OEE médio das linhas aumentou 5% face ao respetivo baseline. A melhoria destes indicadores permitiu aumentar a produtividade das linhas em estudo, impactando diretamente os resultados da Empresa X., en=Nowadays, we live in an era characterized by high competitiveness among organizations, where the creation of value implies a constant fit into the conditions and demands of their customers to achieve the required service level. These are the objectives and purposes that lead an organization to seek consultancy services from the Kaizen Institute Consulting Group, which specializes in the implementation of lean methodologies and the culture of continuous improvement, in order to identify and eliminate / reduce waste. In this sense, the client organization, Company X, a leader in the household automatic coffee machine manufacturing industry, does not have the flexibility to respond to its customer. Therefore, with the help of Kaizen Institute, the situation was analysed in detail and the root causes of the problem were identi- fied. Subsequently, the implementation plan of the improvement initiatives composed by three simulta- neous action vectors, the implementation of a Pull planning system, the intermediate product sizing and the implementation of a sustainability system within the teams was elaborated. After completing the implementation of these improvements, Service Level increased by 7.2% compared to the baseline, Stock Coverage decreased from 3 to 1 days, Average Setup Time decreased by 58% compared to the baseline and Average OEE of lines increased by 5% compared to the respective base- line. The improvement of these indicators increased the productivity of the lines under study, directly impacting the results of Company X.}
