{pt=De acordo com a Constituição e a Convenção Europeia de Direitos Humanos, todos os cidadãos têm direito a informação e consultas jurídicas, e a serem acompanhados por um advogado perante qualquer autoridade. No entanto, ter um advogado que atenda às necessidades de uma pessoa não é um processo simples nem eficaz. Há uma enorme falta de informação e dificuldade em encontrar um advogado. Durante este trabalho, reunimo-nos com as partes interessadas, advogados, escritórios de advocacia, Ordem dos Advogados Portugueses e pessoas, a fim de identificar e estudar o problema. Posteriormente, criámos um protótipo solução para o problema, que envolveu a implementação de uma aplicação Web que preenche a lacuna entre clientes e advogados. Esta plataforma permite que as pessoas submetam casos e os advogados respondam rapidamente. O objetivo é as pessoas receberem várias respostas e poderem escolher o advogado que melhor se adapta às suas necessidades. O nosso objetivo é fazer com que o acesso a serviços jurídicos seja mais simples e mais acessível a todos. Ao mesmo tempo, também queremos promover e aumentar o volume de trabalho, criando mais oportunidades para os profissionais que prestam serviços jurídicos. O nosso trabalho foi desenvolvido tendo em conta os estatutos e o código de conduta da Ordem dos Advogados. Esta Dissertação de Mestrado foca-se apenas no front-end, sendo o back-end objeto de um trabalho paralelo., en=According to the Constitution and the European Convention on Human Rights, all citizens have the right to legal information and consultation, and to be accompanied by a lawyer before any authority. However, having a lawyer that meets a person's needs is not a simple nor an effective process. There is lack of information and difficulty in finding a lawyer. In this work, we met with the stakeholders involved, namely lawyers, law firms, the Portuguese Bar Association and people, in order to identify and study the problem. We propose a solution for the problem, which involves the implementation of a web app that bridges the gap between clients and lawyers. This web app allows people to submit cases, and lawyers to answer them quickly. People receive multiple answers and are able to choose the lawyer that best suits their needs. Our goal is to make the legal services simpler and more accessible to all. At the same time, we also want to increase the volume of work, creating more opportunities for the professionals who provide legal services. Our work was developed taking into account the Bar Association's statutes and code of conduct. This M.Sc. project covers the front-end only, the back-end being the object of a parallel work. }
