{pt_PT=Um ensaio sobre o Cais do Ginjal. } {} EVALUATED

Detalhes: {pt=O Cais do Ginjal localizado na margem sul do rio Tejo, limitado pela arriba fóssil de Almada e pelo rio desde o largo Alfredo Dinis em Cacilhas até à quinta do Arealva, é um lugar em ruína, decadência e abandono, que possui uma das localizações e um dos cenários mais marcantes da metrópole de Lisboa. Esta condição faz muita gente fantasiar sobre o seu futuro e é precisamente isso que acontece neste projeto proposto. Apesar de ser um local de oportunidade, este também é um lugar com muitas condicionantes, como a subida do nível médio da água que nos próximos anos inunda o Cais, a acelerada degradação do edificado existente, as derrocadas da arriba, a elevada diferença de cotas do topo da arriba para o Cais e o reduzido espaço onde se encontra. Assim neste relatório será apresentado um sistema urbano que se pensa ser capaz de resolver esses problemas e condicionantes encontradas no lugar, e que ao mesmo tempo procura sonhar e repensar o futuro de Almada e toda a área metropolitana de Lisboa. Compõe este sistema: uma praça monumental com estação para barcos de passageiros de grande porte, para metro e para autocarros; uma mega marina; elevadores; novas linhas de metro; e estruturas de apoio ao transporte individual terrestre. Aqui, nesta proposta, a beleza está na forma como com poucos movimentos o projeto procura simplificar e clarifica os processos de vida de uma cidade atualmente perdida e desorganizada, e com eles reativar o Cais do Ginjal., en=Cais of Ginjal, located on the south side of the Tagus river, bordered by the cliff of Almada and the river from the Alfredo Dinis square in Cacilhas to the Arealva farm, is a place of ruin, decay and abandonment that possesses one of the most interesting locations and scenarios of the metropolitan area of Lisbon. This condition makes people fantasize about his future, and that is precisely what happens here in this report. Despite being a place of opportunity, this is also a place with many constraints, such as the rise of the water level that will flood that area in the coming years, the degradation of existing buildings, the high difference in elevations from the top of the cliff to the site and the reduced space where it is located. Therefore, in this report is presented an urban system that is thought to be capable of solving the problems found in this place, and that at the same time seeks to dream and rethink the future of Almada and the entire metropolitan area of Lisbon. This system is composed by a monumental square with a station for ferry´s, for subways and for buses, a mega-marina, elevators, new subway lines and support structures for individual terrestrial transportation. Here, in this proposal, the beauty is in the way in which the project, with few movements, simplify and clarify the processes of living of this city, that is currently lost and disorganized, and with them reactivate Cais do Ginjal. }
