Detalhes: {pt=O início do século XXI caracterizou-se por uma forte contração do mercado imobiliário, culminando na crise económico-financeira, cujos efeitos ainda se fazem sentir. Esta questão afectou particularmente segmentos de população economicamente vulneráveis, nomeadamente o segmento de população jovem. Não só os efeitos directos da crise, mas também as políticas tomadas para a combater têm promovido uma crescente gentrificação nas mais importantes cidades europeias, tornando-se o acesso à habitação, tanto do ponto de vista económico, como do ponto de vista social, uma preocupação central no planeamento das cidades. O presente trabalho compreende um estudo sobre a problemática do acesso à habitação, focando o segmento de procura população jovem, pretendendo-se averiguar o seu nível de satisfação relativamente ao seu sistema habitacional, aspirações e necessidades. Da mesma forma, pretende-se sistematizar as políticas de habitação tomadas para colmatar a crescente dificuldade de acesso à habitação por parte dos jovens. O estudo foca-se no caso particular de Lisboa, cidade onde se verifica actualmente uma acentuada subida dos preços, pretendendo-se estudar a percepção dos jovens relativamente à sua situação residencial actual, bem como as suas expectativas futuras, permitindo a comparação entre a oferta existente e a procura por este segmento, identificando assim as principais falhas de mercado que se verificam. O estudo da procura é feito através de um questionário, que permitui evidenciar que, apesar da dificuldade de acesso à habitação, os jovens residentes em Lisboa apresentam elevados níves de satisfação, sendo que os não residentes apresentam um forte desejo de viver nesta cidade. , en=The beginning of the 21st century was characterized by a strong contraction of the real estate market, culminating in the financial and economic crisis, which the effects, despite the recovery, are still felt nowadays. This particular issue has affected the more vulnerable segments of the population, which includes the young people population. Not only the direct effects of the crisis, but also the policies taken to combat it, have promoted a growing gentrification in the most important European cities, making the access to affordable housing an economically and socially concern in city planning. The present work comprises a study about the problem of housing access, focusing the demand of young people population, being study their current level of satisfaction with their housing system, aspirations and needs. Is also intended systematize the housing policies taken over time. This study focuses the case of Lisbon, where is observed an increasing in prices, and shortage of available houses. Is intended the study of the perception of young people regarding their current housing situation, as well as their future expectations, allowing a comparison between the existing supply and demand and thus, identify the main market failures. The study of the demand is made through a questionnaire, which evidenced that, despite the difficulty of access to housing, the young people living in Lisbon shown high levels of satisfaction with their housing system. In the opposite way, the non-residents have a strong desire to live in this city. }
