{pt_PT=Projecto Urbano da Torre de Belém à Foz do Jamor} {} EVALUATED

Detalhes: {pt=O presente relatório é a base teórica do trabalho realizado para as disciplinas de Projecto Final 1 e 2 do Mestrado Integrado em Arquitectura do Instituto Superior Técnico e reflecte sobre a realidade urbana da zona ribeirinha entre a Foz do Jamor e a Torre de Belém. Para dar início ao projecto, torna-se essencial a compreensão e estudo do local que permite identificar os problemas urbanísticos da área de intervenção. Destes destaca-se a barreira imposta pelos eixos rodoferroviários que cria realidades opostas entre os seus dois lados. Neste âmbito, e em articulação com a Câmara Municipal de Lisboa, Câmara Municipal de Oeiras e a Administração do Porto de Lisboa, surge o principal objectivo deste exercício: a criação de novas ligações e continuidades que fortaleçam e dinamizem a relação entre a cidade, as pessoas e o rio. A proposta de intervenção consiste no redesenho da margem e de novos espaços para esta frente ribeirinha, que hoje em dia tem pouco interesse público. Urbanisticamente é elaborado um novo parque urbano, onde são criados pontos de atravessamento e um conjunto de novos usos capazes de integrar a realização do Nos Alive. Tendo em conta a grande relação que a capital portuguesa tem com o Rio Tejo, são também projectados novos espaços, ambientes e infraestruturas direccionadas para a prática de desportos náuticos. Chega-se assim ao elemento principal do projecto: um Centro Náutico que volte a atrair as pessoas para junto do rio e que seja capaz de acolher eventos como a Volvo Ocean Race., en=The present report represents the supporting literature of the courses Final Project 1 and 2, part of the integrated master degree in Arquitecture of the Instituto Superior Técnico. This reflects the urban reality of the riverfront area established between Foz do Jamor and Belem Tower. The project begins with an analysis of the area for a clear understanding of the needed intervention. This is essential to identify urbanistic problems, such as the barrier imposed by the road and rail axes that separates both sides of the area and creates two completely different realities. In collaboration with the Lisbon City Hall, Oeiras City Hall and Lisbon Port Administration, the following report will focus on the dynamic creation of new, and improvement of old, connections to strengthen the relationship of the city, the people and river. The aim of this intervention consists in increasing the public interest of the area by redesigning the river bank and creating new spaces for the riverfront. A new urbanistic park with crossing points and dynamic functionalities will be created. In scope of the latter, importance will be given to the multifunctionality of the intervention in order to receive the Nos Alive festival. Furthermore, considering the strong relationship of the Portuguese capital with the Tagus river, new infrastructures linked to nautical practices will be projected. Thus, the main element of the intervention will be a nautical center that will be able to regain public interest towards the river and also supporting events such as Volvo Ocean Race.}
