Detalhes: {pt= A dissertação centra-se na análise da habitação plurifamiliar corrente do Antigo Regime no Bairro do Pombal. Uma vez que este é um bairro situado na zona de expansão ocidental de Lisboa, o período temporal de estudo refere-se exclusivamente ao séc. XVIII. A pertinência do tema escolhido prende-se com a constatação da elevada degradação de alguns edifícios aí existentes, bem como a descaracterização devido a obras de construção de raiz a que estas habitações têm sido submetidas. Pretende fazer-se um registo deste património através da sua caracterização quanto à inserção urbana, composição de fachada, tipo de acessos e distribuição funcional dos fogos. Com base na análise comparativa destas características pretendem encontrar-se os tipos que caracterizam a habitação tradicional, bem como a possível evolução entre eles. Esta tipificação é feita com base nas hipóteses de reconstituição do edifício original que, por sua vez, são realizadas através do levantamento métrico e fotográfico dos edifícios, in loco, e da pesquisa em arquivo de projetos de alteração. Desta investigação, com base num universo de estudo de 45 edifícios, surgem 9 tipos habitacionais, nos quais se inserem duas exceções — uma é de habitação unifamiliar posteriormente transformada em habitação plurifamiliar, e a outra é caracterizada por questões construtivas. Com este trabalho pretendem estabelecer-se bases para uma reabilitação consciente daquilo que são os traços definidores de cada tipo, melhorando o seu desempenho sem destruir estes valores, importantes para a memória da cidade. , en=This dissertation focuses on the analysis of the current multi-family housing of the Ancien Régime in ‘Bairro do Pombal’. As this is a neighbourhood located in the western expansion zone of Lisbon, the time period of the study refers to the eighteenth century. The pertinence of the theme is given by the discovery of the high degradation of some existing buildings, as well as the ‘de-characterization’ of the place due to the new construction to which these dwellings have been submitted. It’s intended to make a record of this patrimony through its characterization as to the urban insertion, composition of facade, type of stairs and functional distribution of the flats. Based on the comparative analysis of these elements, it’s aimed to find the types that characterize this traditional housing, as well as the potential evolution between them. This ‘typification’ is based on the hypotheses the original building which were achieved through the local metrical and photographic survey of the buildings, as well as through the research for modification projects in the archives. Of this investigation, with a universe of 45 buildings, arises 9 housing types, in which two exceptions were found — one is a vertical single-family housing that was later converted into multi-family housing, and the other one is defined by constructive aspects. The aim of this work is to establish a basis for a conscious rehabilitation of the defining characteristics of each type, improving their performance without destroying these values, important for the memory of the city.}
