CEIIA is an Innovation and Engineering Centre that aims at enhancing the competitiveness of mobility industries through international cooperation between universities and industry, by looking for products and solutions market-oriented.
CEIIA’s daily mission is to be a global reference on research, design, development, manufacture and testing of products and services for mobility worldwide industries.
CEIIA has a strong team spirit, based on highly qualified engineers and designers working together with the most advanced technologies in an “engineering the creativity“ environment to materialise new and competitive products and solutions.
To reinforce CEIIA’s team, the following engineering profiles are sought:
Stress Engineers: Responsible for stress materials analysis and tests, products, parts, systems and structural components design and validation, using NASTRAN, AUTOCAD, performing static tests, collecting and consolidating data into specific reports. Compliance with international standards and controls systems will be mandatory.
Product Design Engineers: Responsible for designing components or sub-systems, managing technical problems associated with plastics, composites, metal components and others, generating information for CAS-CAD-CAE PRODUCTION systems, evaluating the performance and progress of the process/product, propose/verify changes to design and/or development of the engineering project, under supervision of the head of project.
CEIIA is also supporting MSc and PhD Programmes in several technical areas, e.g. Structures, Materials, Aerodynamics, Aeroacoustics and Fluid Mechanics.
